We regularly see patients from throughout the state and other parts of the region for a pregnancy termination or abortion care. We know it can be overwhelming to plan travel or navigate a new city so our staff is available to assist you with coordinating your travel and your stay in Portland. Getting to Portland
Lilith is located approximately 12 miles from Portland International Airport (PDX). The airport has a number of ground transportation options, including light rail, rental cars, rideshares, and taxi services. We can also help arrange for a car service to get you to and from the clinic and the airport.
Depending upon your procedure, you may need to stay in Portland1-2 nights. We have an arrangement with a local hotel, which offers a special reduced rate for Lilith patients. We can help you arrange for a car service, rideshare, or taxi to get to and from the clinic.
Cascades Abortion Support Collective
We work with Cascades Abortion Support Collective, a dedicated and caring volunteer-run organization, which offers a wide range of non-medical support to people seeking abortions in Oregon. Their services are all FREE and confidential and include: rides to and from your appointment, a hotel stay around your appointment times, meals and snacks after your abortion, aftercare kits that include pads and disposable heating packs, childcare options, and emotional support via phone or in person. They are a collective dedicated to providing non-judgmental, compassionate care.

Northwest Abortion Access Fund (NWAAF)
NWAAF funds people traveling within, to, or from the states of Alaska, Idaho, Oregon, and Washington. For financial help from NWAAF, please call their hotline at 1-866-NWAAF10 (1-866-692-2310). Funding is limited, and they cannot guarantee help to every caller. For those they can help, vouchers are sent directly to the abortion clinic.
When you call the NWAAF hotline, please be prepared to leave a message with:
Your name and how to spell it
Phone number, including area code
How far along you are in the pregnancy
The date and location of your abortion appointment
The best time to call you back
One of NWAAF's trained volunteer advocates will return your call within 48 hours, Monday – Friday.
